I thought I would add this link to my Baked Salmon recipe on Allrecipes.com (yes it is me... my legal first name is Norma (yuk)) allrecipes.com/Recipe/Baked-Salmon-II/Detail.aspxAlthough I agree with most posters that this has a lot of oil and salt for 2 servings, I use the same amount with 4 fillets or more and it comes out tasting wonderfully! That looks really yummy. If I can ever find Salmon for less than $6 a pound around here I will try it. Thanks for sharing.

You don't even have to use fresh fillets. I tried it with the cheaper prepackaged ones in the cooler and it tastes good too. Of course there is no beating fresh but it is an alternative.

Yeah, I only use the frozen kind, much cheaper. Not quite as good, but I can't afford the fresh
