Ok I have not been able to keep a plant alive, ever. I've even managed to kill those plants that just sit in water with the fishes in them? Yeah. So imagine my perplexed expression at being gifted with, what else? A plant. It's a Chinadoll. I have no idea how to care for it. Any ideas?

I'm almost a black thumb, but I keep trying:-) I've never heard of a chinadoll, what does it look like?

This is the image of a chinadoll plant. I suppose I could just look online and see how to care for it but I thought I would ask here first since I don't have time to sit in front of the computer and 'research'. I know, I'm being lazy... ETA: I did do a little research but I can't find a definition for bright diffused light. See what a noob I am? Anyway, one site said 'high light' and another said 'bright diffused light' as does the info sticker on the plant itself. HELP

I think just giving it bright indirect light will be fine. Diffused light is kinda like filtered light. Through a curtain or sunlight through a cloud. This is a neat plant I wish I knew more about it to tell you.
