I got these out of Good Housekeeping. I don't know if anyone would be interested.
For silky smooth skin:
Make a paste of sea salt and water, and apply in the shower; use in circular mostions, and rinse off.
To reinvigorate skin:
Mix 1/3 C almond oil, 2/3 C packed brown sugar, and 7 drops orange essential oil. Apply while bathing; store extra scrub for up to a month in an air-tight contaner.

Oh I want to try that salt scrub. You probably could also buy some essential oils, find at Michaels or Joanns, and mix in for a nice smell. They also have other good qualities, like lavendar relaxes.
