What did everyone do with their tax return?

We bought a new furnace and ac- which was supposed to be installed LAST week, and we have yet to see the furnace guy

We were really bad about our return. It was supposed to go to pay down debt and buy Elli's big girl furniture... Well we ended up buying her new seat and both of us new Blackberry Pearls. And then the rest went to paying stuff down. We are so naughty. But since next years return is going to be huge compared to this years we are going to use that to pay of the rest! We are so materialistic sometimes. Whats sad is we know it and dont seem to try and stop it most of the time!

Don't feel bad Kim, I'm exactly the same way I try and try, but still am that way, and probably always will be.

We usually don't get much of a return but this year what we do get is going to pay bills for the overages we spent when we built the house!

We paid off the furniture and paid bills. Nothing exciting. Maybe next year if we get anything back

We haven't gotten ours back yet. But we are planning to use the money to recarpet the house. We are currently going to try to sell it to get out of here. Small town life is just not for me.

I forgot what we did with it It was all supposed to go to pay off some debt. I know some did but not all of it. We are materialistic alot of the time too. We try hard not to be.

This is the first year that I was mostly good with our return. I put 1/3 in savings,1/3 on debt and 1/3 was spent at BJ's wholesale club to stock up and get some homeschool supplies. Hopefully if I did things right we shouldn't get a return next year or at least not a big one.
